TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This offer is extended to one business, organization or individual person for a single ad per category for a maximum period of three-months and is free of any cost or obligation whatsoever. There is no limit on the total number of ads except not to exceed TWO (2) free ads at any 3 month period per account. Additional ads exceeding the above limit will be allowed at $10.00 per ad for each 3 month period. Multiply the amount of paid ads (those exceeding the first 2) by $10.00 each and send cash, company check, cashier check or money order to KIS Group, Inc., P.O. Box 2776, Dublin, CA 94568-0277 or call (925) 828-9643 for further details. You may resubmit your ad after 90 days if you wish to continue running it.
Your FREE AD will be posted after approval from the webmaster and will remain online for 90 days from the posting date. Ads containing pornographic or obscene material or links to material of this nature will not be posted.
You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your advertisements. You agree to hold KIS harmless, and indemnify and defend KIS from and against any claims, losses or damages arising out of any errors, inaccuracies, misrepresentations, falsehoods or illegality in or concerning your ad.

Further, KIS is not responsible for any of the ad's contents. KIS does not believe in nor practice censorship of any kind, however, we do reserves the right to edit, reject and refuse any ads which it deems to be inappropriate.
We reserve the right to cancel your advertisement at any time for any reason. This offer is limited and may be changed without notice at anytime.
We make every effort to avoid errors. Please check your ad the first time it appears in the Classified and notify us within 10 working days to request correction as needed. If we do not hear from you after the 10-day grace period, we will assume that the ad is accept by you as posted. We will not be held responsible for any damages suffered by you or for any damages inflicted upon other parties that may result as a consequence of your advertisement or your participation with this service or your actions in connection with this service.
Furthermore, we will not be held liable for damages resulting from errors or omissions on our part.
We make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service we provide.
